As of the 1st January 2021 UK is longer be part of the European Union. There might be some shipping delays caused by extra customs checks. Orders sent to EU countries will be liable for customs, duties and clearance fees. Clients will be responsible to cover all the extra charges. We strongly advise to check all details on your country's government website prior to purchasing.

We are sure you will love all of our trendy selections! However, we understand sometimes you may change your mind about a product. In this case, we do accept return for Exchanges.
We do accept the refund in case of defective or damaged products due to our error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 7 days and you must report any problem within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your order has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £49.99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
