We do accept refunds in case of defective or damaged products due to our error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Pre-order and personalised Nursery Decor : Please note all of our Nursery Décor is made by hand, therefore there may be a burning wood smell which is normal. The smell will disappear in a few days, just because the products are cut with a laser machine, sometimes small splashes of paint or differences in shape, size, and colour can occur and these are part of the beauty of a handmade product.
Refunds
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days for UK orders and up to 10 working days for International orders, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking or insurance for your protection.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank. There is always processing time, depend on your original payment method, Refund will take around 2-7 days.
